So here's the thing about SS. You will get stronger doing it, but you will NOT look good. You'll be a trex with stooped ass shoulders. And this critique is always met with something like this "well we're not trying to be pretty, we're trying to get strong" (also sprinkle in some passive aggressive insults to your masculinity)
But here's the thing: almost any full body compound based routine will get you just as strong if not stronger, because most other routines don't skip out on fucking half of your upper body. At the same time you will be 10x more aesthetic. Anyone who says they don't want to look good naked is full of shit. If you want to be weirdly disproportioned and have shoulder issues, follow his advice. If you want to be actually functionally strong and fit, follow the advice of literally any other well known strength coach

Within the 6-12 months required to complete the program, no program would ever make you look "good." Good entails at least 2 years of dedicated lifting. Programs that tell you, you'll get results quicker are lying.

I forgot you don't work any back muscles doing power cleans. Cuck. Literally add rows chins/pulls and maybe a set of curls for the ladies and you have a perfect full body routine. I also would front squat the weight after each set of power cleans.
