If you have acne, you have to fix your digestive system. Simple as that. Unhealthy gut = acne and many other problems.

Don't EVER wash your face twice a day. Try not washing it for a couple days -put some hydrating toner on.(one without active ingredients)

I have has acne for 16 years.
I have done the accutane/oratane treatment, results were not permanent other than the scars it gave.
I always wash my face
My diet isn't great
But a week ago I found the cure for me, finally.
Rubbing Isopropyl alcohol on my face prevents any acne from occurring.
I haven't had a pimple in a week, the longest time without a pimple since I was on accutane/oratane
