So I've been lifting close to 4 years now, been tracking macros for 2 years but last year all I ate was unhealthy foods cause it "fit my macros". I know, I'm a dumbass for that. But I feel like I either fully haven't gone through puberty or my genetics are trash. What's your opinion /fit? Ps I am a Manley who wears around 143 ish after my summer cut
