Want to add shrugs to my routine for juicy traps just don't know where to put it without overworking or getting rid of another workout

Here's exactly rest of my workout it's a four day variation of the Texas Method

Move chinups and rows to upper body
Make the rows chest supported or seal, to keep erectors fresh for squats the next day
Move the abs at the end of lower day for the same reason
From now on either
1) Add shrugs after squats
2) remove both Romanian deadlifts and shrugs and add block pulls instead

Do power cleans for ridiculous traps. Make sure you get the form down and focus on being really explosive. If you're doing them right you'll have sore traps the next day.
The upside is they boost all your other lifts.

Can't do powercleans at my gym, barely enough room for deadlifts and the bars there will tear the fuck out of your hands if you try to powerclean with them. Not being a pussy I've tried and literally left with my hands bleeding
