Hey dudes, my gf broke up with me and it's been a bit rough. I want to start turning things around and I have a lot of motivation to do so right now.
I'm ~6'1" and 170 or 180 lb, and relatively skinny fat. I want to reduce the amount of fat on me to try and get rid of my gut, man boobs, and maybe get a better jawline in the process.
Getting a bit bigger and toning my muscles at the same time is also another goal. Can some anons provide me a routine I can do every day at home?
(I only have some weights but i can buy some smaller equipment)
