Why don't you try it and see if it works for you?

Its not really the fact your doing drop sets it the high volume. You could just use a lighter weight with high rep/sets and get the same result.

Not exactly. By this logic, curling 10lbs for 1000 reps is going to give the same results as 50lbs at 200 reps, etc.

True I didn't explain enough. you should do a weight that is just right for you not too heavy that you cant do high volume but not too light.

I prefer doing my regular routine and if I can't finish my reps I will do a smol super set to make up for the losses.
