Question about GSLP.
I have been doing it for about a month after fucking around with brosplit for the first ~4 months or so.
Does it matter if I do the Pullups or Rows, or should I be alternating them between workouts. So far I have only been doing pullups and was one rep short on 5x5 unweighted last time. Should I switch to Rows on workout A and pullups on workout C. Do they target similar back muscles or what's the deal.
