So I started taking magnesium glycinate about 3 days ago, and I feel like it's been working. Getting up in the morning has been feeling different and dreams have been more pronounced.

The first day I took 400 mgs. The next couple i took 300 in the morning then 300 at night. I know I haven't had enough time to come to a conclusion about this mineral, but it might be what my body and brain have been missing.

So I would like to hear about people's experiences, good or bad.

I've been spraying magnesium chloride on my body to absorb through the skin.

Test levels are surging. Wake up with boner and can't continue my day unless I jerk one out. Women smell the magnesium/test combo in me and start rubbing themselves all over me.
