Do kettlebell swings work the quads enough, or does one need to do some other exercises as well to avoid a quad/hamstring imbalance?
Just do watermelon swings instead

Kettlebell swings work the posterior chain of the hips, and its not really a strength exercise. Its good for conditioning

I've gone off barbell stuff, and I'm using a kettlebell to maintain a basic level of strength so that I don't relapse to where i used to be
so would i be working my quads enough with just kb swings?
