So I've been goin to the gym for a few months now but I hit a hurdle, I'm 140lb but i cant seem to gain anymore weight or loose any. Even tried junk food to see if it would do nothing but i just keep fluctuating between 138lb to 141lb. Whats goin on?
So you don't realize that you have to eat more or less than your TDEE every single day to see results?
