Hi guys, been lifting for 6 months, went from 230 (left) to 210 (right) in that time, 6'2", eat around 2100~ calories a day.
Lifts aren't the best.
Overhead press: 125
Deadlift: 245
Bench: 205
Squat: 225
Body fat between 20-25%.
Mile 1/2 time: 15 minutes
Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm trying to figure out where to go from here I guess, wrapping up Lee Hayward's 12 week program, and before that I did a 12 week program for firefighting from breaking muscle. Should I just default to stronglifts 5x5 for 12 weeks and supplement with a pyramid workout?
