Ppl is great since a rest day easily becomes 2 or 3 days skipping the gym. Going in for an hour only 6 days a week is not a huge deal. Play less vidya faggot.

Issue I'm having now is that I'm getting into antagonistic muscle training. Pulling rows before bench gives me a stronger bench and feels fucking godlike. Thing is I don't like upper lower splits, cause it's too much fucking leg work. I'm moving on my feet for more than 9 hours at work so I only do legs once, maybe twice per week. What do?

Lets say you start at a 60-70lb bench because youre a skinnyfat NEET
Do you really want to bench press 60 pounds for 5 weeks, then finally be able to up the weight to a pitiful 66, then having to wait for another 5 weeks for achieving a 73lb Bench? Thats 10 weeks to go from 60lb to 73lb BP, its retarded.
In any other sensible program youd go from a 60lb bench to a 75 in like 3 sessions.
Noob strength gains are the best, try to get the most out of them
Also because of the way the workout is scheduled you'll want to switch the order of some of the exercises every once in a while. For example, benching every single workout before your The Press will undoubtedly make the latter lag behind, and progressing on that lift is already hard enough.
