Main source of carbs: 1 cup of large flake oats + 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries with boiling water, typically have that twice a day.
Main source of protein: Greek yogurt, frozen costco chicken breasts
Main source of fats: Almonds + olive oil.

op here. I prefer eating high protein too, honestly as fucking gross as it sounds, I like just drinking egg whites. I heard that you only digest 50% of the protein that way though, so I've been refraining from it.

usually a carton of liquid egg whites is my go to for a drink during the day. I mix in swiss miss if i'm feeling fancy.

Bagels and eggs are my comfort food that I couldn't live without, I switch around dinner and lunch depending on if I have to work or not.
I also bought way too much swiss cheese so I'll think of something better once it's used up.
