I have thick forearms but thin wrists.
This is starting to become a push-pull problem all too often lately - especially in push.
Been progressively increasing my push with DL, chins, rows - I've even added some extra T-row assistance lately for extra forearm work, but I have trap level wrists where my forearm increasingly gets thicc towards the elbow area. As a result, I'm getting too much extensor-flexor stress because of my wrists.

You can't grow the wrists, but you can strengthen them. Use grippers and thick bar holds.
i like wrist roller because it works crush grip along with flexor/extensor and in my experience works better than wrist curls
You could give strongman movements a try or get a labor job. One will be fun and the other, will make you money.
I also have small wrists, but I'm only bummed out because I can barely wear watches larger than 40mm
