I am old enough to be on this website.
I have a formal in 23days and I am skinny. I don't want to get ripped just want to get bigger.
So far I have been doing 100 push ups for the past 4 days and every day increase by 20. I do 20 in a burst then have a 1 minute break. I also play rugby every weekend and on Thursday.

Will this be enough to reach my goals?

do push ups 2-4 times a week, max. slow them down and really concentrate on form. do variations of these. wide push ups. diamond push ups. archer push ups. think about building strength rather than just the amount you can bust out. you will want to do pulling exercises as well. and also add lower body specific exercises if rugby isn't enough. such as pistol squats at a slow pace. or sprints. you won't really notice any aesthetic difference for probably over a month. you'll get used to having a pumped feeling in your muscles. and a pump can last a day.
