I keep getting acne along my traps... and now that I think about it, identical to where the bar lies when I'm squatting

I get this too, never get bacne but occasionally after squatting I'll get a breakout right in the middle of my back, where the bar lies.

6 months on Accutane cleared up my back and face forever. Shame I didn't take it earlier because it left me with scars on my back.

I still get acne on my neck and under the Jawline but I think that's because I have a shitty diet and don't clean my sheets enough.
