it's your tight taps and scapula and your lats and chest and your glutes and and your hamstrings and your calf right down to your pinky toe.. All of it is probably too tight.
make sure you breathe through your nose only. Target stretching the biggest muscles first, so glutes, hamstrings, chest, traps. The rest will sort of follow but the only thing that will prevent it from happening again is a strong core to assist your weak lower back for good posture... So buy an ab roller and check out the alexander technique.

Not OP, but thanks this is spot on.
It's probably from having to hold the right arm forward to move a mouse around.
Any suggestions other suggestions?
