Step 4 is a big waste of time. Resistence training by using weights like dumbbells or barbells will burn more calories and build lean muscle which will in turn make your body more efficient at burning calories, than just by doing yoga, cardio, calisthenics, and bodyweight training.

good job anon go for it brother. try some of the more fun stuff to like conditioning and couple it with strength training later on. look up stuff like pushing a sled or whatever other conditioning exercises you can blend into a conditioning circuit. neversate.com has great conditioning ideas but they kill! maybe do those ones once a week or when u know u'll be able to do one/ wanna do one.
