Ok, /fit/ I need your input.
When I was 23 I was very lean, not I'm 27 and I'm not as lean as when I was 23.
Has anyone else here experienced this?
Is it normal to not be as lean as in your early 20's?

You metabolism slows as you get older.
Eat less.

Count your calories and simply eat less when you start to notice weight gain.

It happens to all of us. If you're serious about not gaining fat, just maintain your calories better.
