Cant workout

I'm having a surgery tomorrow too, won't be able to lift for 5 weeks.

What to do then ?¿

Damn son. That must have been a hell of a stone if they couldn't just do an ultrasonic gun on it. Kidney stones are awful.

Depends, talk to your doc about what you can do and and for how long you have to restrict your exercises.
I had a surgery on my shoulder so I literally couldn't lift for like 6 months and I couldn't run for 4 months because sudden arm movements hurt, so this is all from experience : Yeah, there'll be weight gain, but there's always the year after, and the year after, and so on. There are no gains that can't be gained back. Just focus on your recovery and once you feel like you can workout like you used to, go full steam ahead.
