Bar Soap is cheaper and lasts longer. Body wash is easier to use. I use body wash.

Bar soap 'simple unscented' 3 for 1gbp. Use it to wash... And shave. You can progress to more expensive soaps as you become more successful in your life, but I can't imagine these gourmet soaps costing 15-20gbp are any better. 'Dead sea natural soap' is 3gbp for 1 bar and is better than 'simple soap' But is it 10 times better...

Shower gel... Bought 10 when they were offer. Didn't last very long... Less than a year if that... Was also buying shaving cream... Also waste of time.

I do buy large bottles of shampoo... But I have 5 years grown out hair.

I would imagine buying bars of soap along with showering 4-5 days a week at the gym could probably offset a lot of your membership costs.

Shampoo, bar soap is all you need to get clean. Clean your teeth, use a nice deodorant like 1 Million and a nice perfume of your choice.

This is all you need to feel good and be in tip top shape.
