Anybody used it? A couple of chads at the gym have recommended it for fat loss, I'm lifting and dieting and seeing slow but steady progress, but gym owner (who of course sells supplements) is insisting that its usage will greatly help.
Just wanted some advice since I trust you guys better than anyone at the gym desu.

>falling for obvious snake oil
supplements are a scam
>>42299496
The only proven "supplement" that will help you to lose fat is DNP

My experience with supplements is that if it doesn't say "Not for human consumption" on it, it doesn't work
>>42299496
if its not dnp, clen/tren/t3 your not going to see any good results.

Interesting. Protein powder included?

Protein powder is essentially a food. I wouldn't call it a supplement as such. It's marketing that relegated it to this status.
Protein powder is only relevant to those who have unusually high requirements for protein. The average idiot will manufacture their own mental gymnastics in order to justify buying it instead of getting their protein from common food sources.
If you were able to consume an adequate amount of protein to fuel your growth through food alone you wouldn't need a protein powder.
Don't pay attention to the previous posts. This whole "supplements don't work" bullshit is bullshit. The Lipodrene in pic related may help burn some fat judging by the ingredients but don't expect anything drastic. It's still all about diet and training.
If money isn't an issue than go for it.
