Overtime, after unnaturally sitting in chairs since pre-k, office jobs, taking a shit, driving, watching tv, sitting in front of a computer, etc...your body's mechanism were morphed into a different state. It has nothing to do with your body proportions. To undo this, you need to do dynamic stretches,foam roll, nd strengthen your core daily. I would estimate it would take at least 2-5 months to resume to your natural squatting state if done correctly and consistently.

Like, I can touch the ground while bending forward without too much spinal flexion. I can get my knees past my toes. You've likely pinched a nerve on the right of your lumbar spine. Is your right leg shorter than your left? Look into this and whatever you do, don't squat with weight until you're confident you've resolved the issue. Resolving the issue could mean using an elevated shoe to equalize your leg lengths or it could mean using a Klokov style asymmetrical stance, and I'm sure there are more alternatives. This seems to be why I have an issue with Low Bar squatting particularly Rippetoe's method. You try using hip drive and it just shifts your bar position back and you have to good morning out of the whole because you haven't driven your hips under the bar to get centre of gravity back. I've always just been under the impression that chest up helps achieve the hips under the bar keeping centre of gravity when coming out of the whole. The reason your hips shoot back is because your quads can't handle the load so focusing on pushing hips through and getting them back under the bar and getting centre of gravity back under the bar and mid foot allows the quads to come in and take some of the load too.

Pretty torn when it comes to it. I should probably low bar particularly for my Long Legs at a 36-38 inseam and normal body but I just couldn't bare my squat looking like this.

Sorry for the slow reply, yes, imagine it like a deadlift if you will. I seen an article covering it but basically when you hit the bottom of the squat and are about to come up and your hips shoot back, it's because your quads can't handle the load which is entirely true and your hamstrings will take over as knee extensors, this is fine and completely normal under heavy loads HOWEVER, you can't let them take over the whole time, focus on pushing your hips through as soon as possible to bring your quads back into play. Most people you see miss lifts is when this shooting back happens and then they take too long or don't cue well enough to get their hips back through and under the bar to turn their quads back on. I can't remember the article where I saw it but it was Chad Wesley Smith being analyzed when he's squatting like 800 high bar.

The hips shooting back is going to happen cause your hamstrings are generally stronger in the bottom position than your quads, after you get out of the bottom, push your hips back forwards and get your quads to take over again since they'll then be stronger.

This'll only apply to those heavy as shit lifts subjectively like OP's.

This is where the cue "chest up" or "traps up" comes from but I prefer "hips through". This is bound to happen as that shits gonna fuck with your spinal erectors and lean you forward unless 800 is babyweight.
