It's okay. I'm doing it and probably won't do it passed a month more. It's good for initial fat loss but it's kinda gross to stay on
Drink lots of electrolytes to avoid the keto flu.
Also, if you get a little carb craving, try this recipe for keto bread. You can combine the ingredients into a greased coffee mug and nuke it for 90 seconds. Really yummy with peanut butter.
