Hey /fit/ so long story short ive been working out and dieting like a motherfucker for a while now and im seeing no results at all whats wrong with me?
Example meal:
6oz tuna steak
1 cup brown rice
2 cups grilled asparagus
I'm eating 4-6 times a day and focusing on my arms and chest, just the basics bicep curls preacher curls, tricep pulls and extensions fly press and bench press. im doing 4 sets 8-12 reps with 60 secs in between and going to failure every time. my macros are about 200g protien 220g carbs and 25g fat. im 6'5" 245. help me plz

thats just an example i eat about 3 cups of rice, which yes is cooked i eat 4 meals like that some with sweet potatoes instead of rice and 2 small snacks one of which is a post workout protein shake

Stop eating so many carbs, eat more fat, and stop eating so much in general. You also probably aren't working out enough

Fat should be at least 25% of your calories, currently it's 10%. You might be lowering your test eating like that. Carbs can be eaten however you like but both protein and fat are crucial. If your calories are as low as 1k or lower then you eat almost nothing but protein but otherwise always have fat.
Also you won't make gains for long while cutting. You've probably already gotten what you could and you'll only be able maintain your lifts at best as your weight continues to drop.
