Help bros. My libido is dead. I don't know what to do. I have to literally force myself to fap, I haven't had the urge for nearly 3 months.
I honestly have no idea what's going on. I'm on a steady bulk diet. I had a 2 week RFL cut in this time- have i permanently fucked my hormones?

Go test your hormons if you have any doubt anon. It's most likely something temporary, seasonal if you can call it like that , and you haven't damaged anything. Actually enjoy it while you can , low libido can be blessing ,you can increase your productivity a fucking lot by not thinking and getting disracted by the opposite gender all the time and females have no power over you.
