On a cut and it's damn near impossible for me to satisfy all recommended daily values while still eating ~180g protein a day. Which nutrients should I be prioritizing? Which foods compound the most essential ones with minimal garbage (eg added sugar)? I've found soy milk to help immensely since lab scientists just go apeshit in creating a nutrient-dense concoction until just short of inedible. What are your strategies?
I just eat a lot of meat.
