When i'm not working a job now in the summer I usually just play vidya all day, but I have a 30 min -1 hours jog everyday. Also 15x3 pushups. Diet is mostly bread with different toppings. My weight atm is 81kg, and the ideal weight is around 76kg. Is this sustainable? Or would it be better to just move around all day? Anyone got any tips or maybe I should changeup my routines? Because I got the time now before university start to do stuff

I made the change into /fit/ness by treating my health and life as a RPG or MMORPG.
Started hitting the gym 3-days a week but quickly went over to PPLPPLx (6-days a week routine) as my addictive personality started getting far more enjoyment out of lifting than vidya.
Read the sticky, fix your diet (start by cutting out the bread), hit your macros and stay at -500 calorie deficiency untill you hit your goal weight and you'll make it. Good luck

Thanks I will use something like this down the line, I'm really not in a position to join a gym right now, and I don't have a diet to start full on strenght training. I will move out during the autumn with my lad and then I can start the chad type programs(chicken rice etc) Something not requiring a gym would be greatly appreciated, I got good running areas/forests. Something like oats would be nice altough a bit bland, but aren't tell full of calories?
