It's either high test, genetics or both
Higher testosterone = DHT and hair follicles are affected by actions of DHT

So you can have high test and a low sensitivity to DHT and not be bald. Usually it's thr other way around

Honestly the best way to get an idea of whether your test levels are above average is to measure your balls. Doesn't work for hypogonadism, but bigger balls almost always means higher test.
