Its literally two sticks tied together with a rope, I made mine from fuckin art supplies lol.

But yeah it works great and I use it every time I work out. Last thing I do though because good luck gripping anything for 15min after.

No. I love wrist rollers. I got one of these sidewinders. They're awesome for getting a quick forearm pump. Deadlifting and pull ups did jack shit for my forearms. I had pain in my fingers and wrists from weakness. Wrist rolling made it so much better. I used to use my own DIY roller. I'm not sure if they actually improve grip strength in lifting all that much but they did make my fingers and wrists movements so much healthier, responsive and stronger.
