It's actually just smaller in general to be lighter, since a lot of women cant even use an empty normal bar for ohp and bench in the beginning.

I use an EZ curl for OHP simply because it takes up less room. Seems daft pressing a 7ft bar above your head.

The only difference was only being able to say I could OHP 1pl8 when I had a 20kg and a 5kg on each side (EZ curl weighs 10kg, oly bar is 20kg) but I'm the only person who gives a fuck about my own arbitrary lift stats.
