I just started going to gym last week again after four year hiatus. I was reasonably fit back then but now I feel like a little bitch when struggling with benching lmao0.5 pl8 and curling 10lbs. I'm so fucking ashamed of my weakness that I'm considering going to gym at 2am or so when there is no people there. But I know it'll get better as long as I stay commited and keep working out. So OP, stop being a pussy, get your shit together and get back into it.
