Scales for other stats are shit or inaccurate

Yesterday the scale said 135. I just need to work on self control and will power

it may not be perfectly accurate but you can accurately track weight gain/loss

Most electronic scales are off by a percentage or more, but have an accurate range.

So while the scale may be off by say 3lbs, it's generally always off by the same 3lbs.

Don't waste any money on the fat scanners or any of that shit.

I had two scales one that said I was 5lbs heavier than the other scale
