OCD, generalized anxiety, and attention problems all seem to have less of an "edge" since beginning intense weight training and cardio

it's been a couple years since i started lifting; using that as an anchor has helped me finish my degree, get a well-paying job, and to move out of my parents' house. moreover i no longer take any meds like sertraline and am able to function well most of the time
