I hope you didnt do SS for these first 11 months. You should move on to PPL if you've been working out for almost a year. PPL gives great results if you are willing to work out a lot (6 days a week)

Until now I've been on 1600 calories a day, lifting four times a week, and the bare minimum cardio is 30 minutes after lifting on a high incline. I also play basketball normally a few times a week, but that's not consistent. As far as macros, I make sure I hit 1g/lb and get plenty of fiber

I used to swim a shitton, for like 8 years.
Afterwards just a regular brosplit (think a Dumbell based PPL) during vacations for around 4 years.
I started SS two months ago but I'm kinda sick of it and not really interested in lifting heavier, starting to change towards a lighter version of Coolcicada's PPL
I stay away from sweets as much as I can, only occasionaly eat a twinkie or something, and try to drink no more than 1 bottle of coke a week.
Breakfast:
1 bowl of cereal and water, or a Otaz+banana+peanut powder smoothie.
Lunch:
Proton heavy, either chicken or ground beef. I've been making homemade burgers recently.
Dinner:
Rice or beans with beef or chicken, rarely fish or pork, and a few tortillas
Sorry if it doesn't really help, I keep a very loose diet.

Fokus on Rackpulls,weighted dips, chins, rows(all variation works machine, dumbells, barbells etc.
Then do highreps 15-25 latspulls diffrent griphandels aswell and barbells lightweight isolation. Fuck deadlifts its shit if you want a meatshildback. Just do squats instead.

For last two months i do a lot of body weight staff (squads,push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups). And try to eat at least 100g of protein a day. But weight is almost the same, i even losed 2kg in the begining, and i was not a skinny fat, literally skin and bones.
After 2 months only visible difference is abdominal muscles.
I want to ask, is this even possible to gain muscles with body weight stuff?
I have some heart conditions so big weights and long distance running is a no-no.

Do a beginner strength program for about 6-12 months until you're not pathetically weak. You essentially have the physique I started with (albeit I'm 193cm).
Once your lifts are around 'intermediate' range you should look for a new program.
Also don't forget to eat decently. It's really not very complicated. A lot of discipline and a little research is all it takes.
