Poll: how much sleep do you get a night? Is it enough for you? Do you wish you got more or less?

Op here... I'm trying to train myself into getting less sleep but every morning I feel like shit, even when I get 8 hours. I used to get 5-6 hours in college and wasn't nearly as affected as I am now.
More climbing photos cause that's like the only exorcize I like getting

Man if I could find a cutie 3.14 Asian trad climber girlfriend, I would impregnate that bitch to lock her down.

i get something like 8h30 or 9h a night, my job allows me to work whenever i want and nobody's counting my hours so yeah i got enough sleep. I'd like to sleep a little bit less though... Like a regular 8 hours. But getting out of bed in the morning is pretty hard when you don't have something that forces you to. I try to wake up the at same time as my gf, it helps since she has a fixed schedule.

Lol is there a ring every 30cm or what ?
I try to get 8 but I always wake up a couple of times a night so it's never uninterrupted.
Still, it seems like enough to get through the workday and exercise in the evening.

then thats the only one you should be getting
fuck exercise you dislike theres no point doing it
you can be healthy and attractive doing only climbing or swimming or whatever
I start work at 3am and always go to sleep at 10pm so I generally only get like 4 hours sleep per night, I'm never tired though, I usually eat a shit tonne of carbs right before bed

I tend to get around 5 or 6 hours a night, generally going to bed between 12-1 and getting up at 6-7. My progress is stalling on squats and deadlifts so I'm actively trying to get up to an even 8. Got 7.5 last night and I feel like superman.

I've been climbing for 8 years now but last winter I moved to a place that has zero outdoor climbing and the closest gym is an hour away. It's been rough.
I think like 7 hours or so a night. I go to the gym from 10:30pm-12am and then play vidya through to 5-6am and sleep during the day and generally wake up around 1pm everyday.
I wake up sore from the night before so I'd like an extra hour of sleep each day to help with recovery but I am happy that i'm not oversleeping, I don't really wake up feeling groggy or anything, I'm pretty fresh but always sore.
