not at all because that's not much money and you probably stand to gain a lot
>>42287990
You'll be fine because at least you're consuming something, but why not just buy actual food with that money OP?
>>42287990
if you don't already lift, then yeah, that was dumb

i only got 2 supplements that you can get from food, magnesium and zinc. It was just to be sure i get enough daily since i know these are some of the most important for gains. The other supplements were Ashwagandha, LongJack Extract 100:1, L-Arginine, and Maca Root Extract. I never used these supplements before and am really curious on how they affect my gains.
Seriously a carton of eggs is like $1.50 for almost 1000 calories and loaded with protein, I understand if you like it in powder form and a fancy logo sticker on a bucket is your thing

Oh okay those are all good. You didn't fuck up at all. Good luck with all of that, always been curious about ashwagandha.

Every single one is a waste. Only supps that possibly do anything are creatine, beta alanine and arginine/citrulline

No way magnesium and zinc are a waste, and no harm in experimenting with the other stuff he listed.
