I fucked up my shoulder a while back doing a dumbbell routine. I've stuck with mostly body weight stuff since but I'm finally down to like 13-15% body fat and want to get jacked but I don't want to fuck my shit again.
I found a powerlifting class that promises to emphasize learning correct form, safety and, gym etiquette.
It's a good gym dedicated to powerlifting, and strength training, no machines.
I mean provided these guys know their shit I can't go wrong right?
