I came up with perfect system for eating your macros without having to keep track of everything. pro badly will write a book on this but you guys get the first scoop:
1. find out tdee
2. find out protein (tbw * 0.8) macro
3. find out fat (tbw * 0.8) macro
4. find out carbs macro by tdee-protein-fat=carbs macro
5. pick 3 or 6 meals a day
6. divide each macro by meals a day of your choice
7. find out how much chicken, rice, turkey, beef, pasta, etc in grams contain your goal per meal for protein, fat and carbs
8. each day for each meal pick a protein, a carb and a fat like lego they will fit in and at the end of the day you'll have perfect macro consumption.
9. repeat and switch up protein, carb, fat sources.
