One punch workout legit?

Yes. It's how Arnold got his start.
I mean it could work but it's not really what gave Saitama his monstrous strenght and physique
>>42283609
The issue with Saitama's workout is your body has no time to recover. As it is every day.
>>42283647
Hahaha alright kiddo
>>42283647
It's everyday, bro?
10km running everyday will land you comfortably in a wheelchair within two years
>>42283688
Tell that to my brother. He runs probably 70 miles a week. I agree doing it every single day is stupid and he takes a day off every once in a while but he seriously does run over 10km almost every day.
>>42283726
thanks for your anecdotic evidence retard
>>42283726
I do six or seven km runs once or twice a week. When I started I ran the same distance, but 4 times a week. Gave me a nasty shin splint. I was foolish, and your brother needs protection... from himself. Help him!
You'll get in shape but not really build any muscle
>>42283748
You're welcome. You know, if you're too much of a pussy to run because your feetsies hurt maybe you should just stay home faggot.
>>42283769
I mean he's been running this much for like 8 years now, maybe longer. Everyone in my family is a runner though so maybe it's genetics. My brothers fastest mile is 4:14. My dad's is 4:19 and my grandpa's was 4:27. Other brother's is 4:42 and mine is 5:45 (I'm the runt I guess). Also, he has zero body fat and goes through running shoes like toilet paper.

Has anyone actually tried this nonsense to see what impact was?
Everyone knows character was mocked in the comic on this routine, yes?
>>42283941
how tall is he
>>42283748
And where's your evidence? Anecdotal or peer-reviewed is fine
>>42284011
I basically did this in grades 9 and 10
Only 5km running but lots of skipping and more than 100 sit ups
I was very lean and fit but didn't gain much (probably wasn't eating enough of a surplus)

6 even

You could probably get good results if you add pullups and change the 10k run to a 5k and take a day or so off a week. I kind of do the same thing since Im too broke right now for a gym membership and training for a half marathon but at the same time want to put on muscle and loss fat, my pecs have def gotten good results. Granted I run and do pushups/situps 4-5 days a week and not 7.
