Is it possible to fix minor/moderate knock knees without surgery?

>be me, 6'4
>toes naturally point outward
>high arches on feet so ankles curve in when wearing flat soled shoes
>hard to find comfortable stance when squatting or deadlifting
>pain in right knee is more common that it probably should
>right knee also curves inward more severely than left
>pic related, not me but very similar

What do?

had similar problems, put on some mass, and now its not that bad anymore, though not entirely gone.
i guess squats and oats is a good recommendation in this situation.
