Former RipIt addict here in an almost identical situation. Switch to Sips. 0 calories, 0 sugar. Goes extremely well with peppered Jack Links.

God damn I feel worry for people that don't sleep much. I get 8-9 hours a night and have several powerful dreams almost every night that I remember enough to journal.
Do you not enjoy sleep? I honestly look forward to it even though I am rarely tired.

I've kind of stopped drinking soda, I occasionally still enjoy a /sip/ but it's down to 2-3 a week.
You need to 1. find a replacement, whether that be coffee or water, something to deter the withdrawals and 2. find out whatever triggers you to drink energy drinks and change that habit. For me it was video games so I tried to cut down on that.
Obviously it'll be difficult and you will experience withdrawals.
