It works. You need to chew gum and remember about proper tongue placement. I've been doing it for a couple of years now and my jaw has definitely become more defined.

Watch the video about tongue placement, and as for the gum chewing- just strive to chew it for as long as you can. Drinking very cold water will harden the gum and make chewing harder, which is good.
Don't expect to go from having a round, deformed face to having a Chad jaw, but if you keep at it you will definitely see some results.
