Does anyone here have family troubles regarding fitness?

Mom runs marathons, is extremly /fit/, and has encouraged me to do exercises throughout my life. Grandma is a doctor, so one would expect her to also encourage me to do exercise.But....

>mfw they tell me to just to do stretches
>mfw grandma sends me a few cardio vids. One of them says in the title that it is to build an ass.

I love em both, but I still wanna exercise. Havent stoped tho, I just do it without them knowing. Grandma uses the example of a uncle who suposedly lost over 1 fucking foot beacuse he started doing pull ups ''to early''.

I dont wanna dissapoint them, but I also wanan workout. So ill just keep it secret for now on, until they give me the greenlight.

Anyone else has been or is going through something similar?
