Skelly here, am able to get to ottermode with effort.

What i do is:

Heavy: Rackpulls, shrugs, chinpulls, weighted pullupps,rows.

Lightweight highreps isos with dumbells 15-20 reps minimum.

Eat clean eat lots. I never ever have had a real cut/bulk i just Cruise around 12%BF then a small cut to 9/10%BF to summer.

Just hang in there bro =)
