I am 5'11 220lb endomorph. I work out 7 days a week lifting and cardio 2-3 hours a day because I have no life. My diet is in check and I still look perpetually out of shape but muscular. Should I just say fuck it, bulk heavy and embrace my destiny as a bear? Also, any tips for endomorphs or going full bear mode?

Try lessening your training frequency. Do more high intensity cardio sessions vs just long sessions. Your body isn't getting shredded cause it's in lumberjack mode from all the shit you're doing. Take it down to 4-6 days a week, and 45 minutes of high intensity cardio every other day. Basically lower the frequency of training, but up the intensity.
