Which is a better routine:
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and run 10 km every day for 3 years or
Squatting,lifting and carrying a calf everyday,growing to be a bull in 4 years of training.

The repetitive one for pure athleticism. Would be a better routine for a soccer player or sprinter.
