So, /fit/ the 28/5 i started my wight-loss. My bf% was at 24,41 at the time and by the 13/7 i was down at 21.
Then two weeks ago i injured my left shoulder so I couldn't workout and today when I measured I got a bf% of 24 again. I didn't really change my diet. My weight has been around 176.36 pounds and I,m 5'8.3"
Is this just water or is my body this worthless?
Should I just neck myself?
Fucking rotator cuff injury...
I used this to measure bf% https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/body-fat-percentage-calculator

OP here again, my wast went back to 37inches again, but my other measurements stayed the same.

you are eating too much, anon. Are you tracking your kcal?
When I could not work out for 3 weeks it did not affect my weight loss. Had -1kg a week no matter if I was or was not working out.

I eat around -400 on a training day, and -200 at a rest day, and during my injury i have treated everyday as a rest day.

I have an google.doc about everything i eat, but its in Swedish so its no use of posting here
Also, why not just track your weight, anon? I get that you do not have high levels of excess bf, but that would still give you an overall idea where you stand. Also, tracking your progr with pics helps especially in terms of bf going up or down.

I have tracked it but its have been varied between 176.36lbs and 180 lbs so i guess its just water. But the waist getting back to 37 inches feels bad.
And before my injury my lifts keep going up.

>i guess its just water
well then I guess just keep telling yourself that

the weight difference is water, I'm asking if the waist measurement could be that as well?
