Hey fit, i need som serious help
Over the last 2 years I've been devoloping more and more food allergies, at this point so many that it is inhibiting my ability to get enough food.
Does anyone have any tips of what i should do? I feel hungry all the time, but i have very few things a can eat.
My list of allergic foods is
>carrots
>tomatos
>beans and peas
>wheat and bread
>other grains, but im not sure which
>apples, oranges and a lot of other fruit
Im kinda in a shitty place, and i need some good ideas for what to eat, so i can continue to make gains.

Eggs, rice, meat, protein shakes, vegetables, lentils. Also make sure you are getting vitamin supplements in to make up for the things you can't eat.

Many holistic healthy type people insist that allergies have everything to do with liver function. I developed hay fever out of fucking nowhere this summer but when I'm eating healthy and supplementing with Iodine etc. it's essentially eliminated.
You might need to do a liver cleanse or some other gay shit like that.
This is something I made when on an elimination diet.
