In the past I used to work out 5 times a week and keep a healthy diet. I stopped working out a year ago, and still maintain (mostly) healthy diet but I have a drinking problem.
I drink probably 15-25 standard drinks per week (I'm Australian).
I've only put on an average of 5kgs from an average of 85kgs and I deviate from 87-91kgs. I've been a heavy drinker for about 2 years and for about a year I've been trying to limit my drinking.
I plan to start working out again starting with 3 days a week working up to 5 days. Any suggestions how I can limit my drinking, so I can get them gains easier and be healthier. The plan is to get it down to 8 standards per week.
Height: 6" (morning) 5"11" (afternoon)
Weight: 90kgs
I have no pics soz.
Anyone got any suggestions in terms of diet and/or life style changes that I could do to achieve my goal?

I wanted to see if the Morning and afternoon height difference was true and it is. Either that or I measured wrong the second time.
I'm a big boy okay. I'm 6foot please believe me.
i had the same problem bro, couldn't spend a day without drinking at least 2oz of scotch (most days i drinked about 4oz) and on weekends i would drink 30 beers+
its gonna be hard in the begining, but after a week it gets lot easier
drink once a week when hanging out with friends, drink vodka with zero sugar energy drinks
eat lots of green veggies and eat fruits

Cheers man.
I don't like vodka a lot. But gotta do what's necessary. Is low carb beer worth it? I'm not sure if it's actually any better for you or it's just a marketing ploy.
>15 to 25 drinks a week
> drinking problem
Seriously? That's a Friday night for me.

You think that's healthy?

No, but that's normal in the Army life. And I exercise so much it doesn't affect how fit I am
